Meditation is a journey into silence which is the final tool or key for an entire journey of yoga. Physical practice is the vehicle for meditation and meditation is a vehicle for Yoga or Samadhi. Meditation is a way of a practicing by an individual self to train to the conscious mind state . It involves the way of position of body factor where one has to keep the state of perfect set of mind and body to one way direction.The term meditation refers to high broad sense of  variety of practicing different techniques to conscious state of mind, body relaxation, build internal energy or life force and so on.

Unlike in today’s world we are exposed to many things and things around. We are been attracted to it , but sadly, not all of them are good enough! This unsatisfying had made the daily life out of peace. These in turn produce incessant thoughts and emotions leading to psychological disorders like stress or anxiety, depression and  also somatic diseases like high-blood-pressure, heart-disease etc.

Why in Nepal?

In Nepal, the birthplace of Shyakyamuni Buddha, Vipassana sessions are conducted by few spiritual institutions. The most popular open for general people including foreigners is "Nepal Vipassana Center" at Muhanpokhari just next to the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park . The spiritual assembly is of 10 days-long meditation session in the foothills of Shivapuri. With different techniques of practicing the meditation one of the highlighting and practicing in Buddhism Nepal Tour is the art and path shown by Gautama Buddha. He has a long research and practice in human consciousness and yoga. He teaches ancient traditional yoga in scientific way to understand easily with modern eyes and also he is a experienced and registered Yoga Teacher Yoga Alliance (US). He has wide range of experience and practice in Traditional Usui system of Reiki, Tibetan Sound Healing and Meditation, Himalayan Singing Bowl, Music Healing and Meditation, etc. which calms and relaxes our mind being connected self. He is very specialized with deep knowledge and experiences of teaching in different ways of contemporary mind of worldly people and one who is seeking to liberate different ways; Buddhist, Tibetan, Osho, Zen, Tao, Traditional, Vedic, etc. He is experienced registered Yoga teacher as well as meditation master.

Yogi Rajkumar

Raj Kumar’s practice is immersed in connecting to the energetic self via the use of both pranayama and meditation, using the physical body as a tool or metaphor for something deeper. His self-practice is echoed in his teachings defining a unique style that is clearly his own. With a lineage of multiple styles of yoga, combined with enthusiasm for eastern philosophy gives Raj Kumar a calming aura to be around.

In the quest for happiness, Raj Kumar decided to try the yoga path (2008), realizing very quickly that ‘Yoga provides an efficient and graceful way to navigate life by keeping you connected to the lifeforce “Prana” and to the inner fire in any situation. Now Raj Kumar’s passion was to share the power of yoga and meditation and how it can be unleashed within us, helping us live a healthier, fuller, and more balanced life. He has been a Singing Bowl Trainer since 2018. He highly practices Nada Yoga and explores the different dimension of Yoga through his daily practice.
