Reiki First Degree

Reiki is a spiritual healing science that is based on universal power energy. Reiki means universal energy which is around us. Reiki First Degree contact healing Practice is based on traditional and modern ways of healing followed by different energy centers called Chakras. We can use this energy to heal ourselves and others, at all levels i. e. physically, mentally, and spiritually. The healing energy flows from the source, the cosmos around us through the healers to the physical, mental, and emotional bodies of the person. We provide reiki classes in Kathmandu to all people.

It is the most simple and natural method of transmitting universal energy which is a very effective healing process. Each individual still lives and has pranas or the vital air sheath in him, i.e. the life force or universal energy. This energy is all around us too. Reiki teaches us to use this energy around us. When healing is done by Reiki, mostly emotional and mental issues heal first and are followed by healing of the physical body. The negative emotions and thoughts are not only of life, which affect the physical body but are in layers, from previous lives too. Reiki classes in Kathmandu are flourishing nowadays in today’s era.

The Reiki level first is called Sho Den in the Japanese language. Some healers teach removal of blocks and some meditation techniques also in Reiki level-I. The emphasis is given to self-healing at this level and most Reiki healers insist on 21 self-cleaning by Reiki, after the attunement. One may feel more reiki flowing in certain parts of the body when one is healing oneself or others. The reason may be that the part, that is drawing more energy, is the affected part of the body. Reiki charges that part with positive energy and helps in removing negative energy from the body. Normally all enthusiasts who wanna learn the knowledge of Ancient Reiki and its various techniques may join our Course of  Reiki Second Degree. You may learn in the perfect location of Nepal which is a country of Himalayan Aura. Just Come and Feel the Aura
