Program Overview

This immersive Ayurveda Detox & Panchakarma Program is designed to gently cleanse the body, calm the mind, restore digestive balance, and rejuvenate the nervous system through the authentic wisdom of Classical Ayurveda.

Each guest receives a personalized detox protocol designed and supervised by an Ayurveda doctor after detailed consultation and daily assessment throughout the retreat.

The program combines:

The detox process is carefully structured into three classical phases of Ayurveda:

Therapeutic Framework

  1. Preparatory Phase (Purva Karma)

(Generally Days 2–5 | Adjusted according to individual condition)

The body is gradually prepared for deep detoxification through oleation, sweating therapies, digestive balancing, and dosha-specific lifestyle support.

  1. Main Detox Phase (Pradhana Karma)

(Conducted only after proper preparation and assessment by the doctor)

One primary Panchakarma cleansing therapy is selected according to the guest’s constitution (Prakriti), imbalance (Vikriti), strength, digestion, and overall readiness.

Main Panchakarma Procedures

  • Virechana – Therapeutic Purgation for Pitta-related conditions
  • Vasti – Medicated Enema Therapy for Vata imbalance
  • Vamana – Therapeutic Emesis for selected Kapha conditions
  • Nasya – Nasal Cleansing Therapy for head, sinus, and nervous system support

All detox procedures are performed under direct supervision of the Ayurveda doctor.

  1. Post-Detox & Rejuvenation Phase (Paschat Karma)

(Final phase of the retreat)

After cleansing, the body is gradually nourished and stabilized through rejuvenation therapies, digestive restoration, and lifestyle integration.

Daily Doctor Supervision

A key feature of this program is continuous supervision by an Ayurveda doctor.

This is the principal cleansing day of the retreat.

The selected Panchakarma procedure is performed according to the guest’s condition and readiness.

Guests are advised to rest completely and allow the body to undergo natural cleansing and recovery.

This day focuses on restoring digestion, stabilizing energy, and supporting the nervous system after the main detox procedure.

After detoxification, the focus shifts toward nourishment, rejuvenation, grounding, and integration of healthy lifestyle habits.
