50 Hour Ayurveda Foundation Training In Nepal – 7 Days

Ayurveda is the knowledge of life which is getting popular all over the world. So this Academy conducts introductory classes of Ayurveda that people will attempt the basic knowledge and also will apply in life. Many scholars consider Ayurveda to be the oldest healing science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in Himavat Kshetra (Himalayan Belt) more than 6,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Some of this knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is inaccessible. Learn About the Introduction of Ayurveda 30Hrs.

According to Ayurveda, each of us has a unique mix of three mind and body principles, which creates our specific mental and physical characteristics. The three doshas are known as: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. To find out our dominant dosha, take this quiz. Doshas balance our health by understanding our basic constitution, or dosha balance. According to the philosophy, the universal life force manifests as three different energies. We’re all made up of a unique combination of these three forces.

In Ayurveda, body, mind, and consciousness work together to maintain balance. We view them as different facets of one’s being. Learning how to balance the body, mind, and consciousness requires an understanding of how vata, pitta, and kapha work together.
