Why Professional Meditation Course – 42 Hours
Arrival Date : One Day Prior to Course.
Dhyana (Meditation) is the final means of Yoga. Yoga starts with Meditation and Samadhi. What the people are understanding Yoga and Meditation as the different science? That is an absolute misunderstanding about this science. Yoga is more about meditation which is infinite. Meditation is the core part, final and inner key of yoga science. Meditation completes the sense and aims of yoga. The definition of Dhyana (Meditation) and Yoga are almost the same but the understanding of modern practitioners, Instructors about yoga is just asanas or postures, not Yoga. Why Professional Meditation Package in Nepal
Meditation is the deep and continued concentration process at a point towards harmony and awareness. It is the state of devoid which is the final means for an entire journey of spiritual sadhana. Hatha Yoga is the vehicle for Dhyana (Meditation) Yoga. Dhyana Yoga is a vehicle for Raja or Samadhi Yoga. Literally, there are no types of Meditation, just the different techniques, paths or means for meditation. You will gain knowledge of life and feel the existence of the universe through spiritual awareness.
Prayer, subtle exercise (Pre-meditated Exercise), Asanas, Bandha, Mudras, pranayama, and Pratyahara ( Like Yoganidra) are the preparatory stages of meditation. As a physical preparation, we should maintain dhyanatmak ( Meditation) Asanas, straight back, any hand mudras, and close our eyes lightly as preparation, we should observe the body from top to bottom and loosen and relax the body. We switch on the awareness from the body to breath, then we keep the practice focusing on the mainstream meditation techniques. By relaxing the body and mind, then watch the regular movement of breath through the nostrils without any judgment silently and consciously for 15 to 20 minutes at least.
