So, practice these asanas to make your skin clear of toxins and pollution!

1. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

5. Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder-stand)

1. Pranayama & Breathing

Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force.  Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life force, and ayama means extending or stretching.
