Reiki and Meditation

Even though Reiki and meditation brings peace, calmness, and relief, each have its own specialties and ways :

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. And if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a state of consciousness possessing very specific and unique attributes. To enter into this almost forgotten quiet space within is the most natural thing you can do to experience inner peace and calm. It dissolves stress and boosts your immune system. You feel mentally focused and refreshed. It slows down the ageing process and improves the quality of your entire being.

Meditation is revealing itself to be one of the greatest breakthroughs in healing and personal growth. There is more and more scientific evidence that proves that meditative practices should be at the very heart of our healthcare system.

Reiki and Meditation: The Bottom Line

Because there are no laws limiting how good you’re allowed to feel, you can certainly use both methods to benefit your body, mind, and soul. Reiki and meditation can serve as ideal complements to each other, working together to produce an overall sense of well-being and peace.
