Wonderful Meditation Training

I had such a wonderful spiritual learning experience at Himalayan Yoga Academy. I was there for only 7 days and I was able to learn various meditation techniques and spiritual ideologies. I highly recommend their meditation training if you are seeking to move up to the next level of your meditation practice. Suyog is taking after his father and is doing an amazing job running the business. It is a beautifully owned family organization and I highly suggest that you take the time to learn from them.
