- Passport/visa: A valid permit is required for many areas in Nepal, which we’ll obtain upon your arrival. we’ll require two working days and two passports size photographs. There are two major permits, which are park permits and special regional permits for restricted area permits (Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Dolpa, etc.).
- During the whole trip, keep the changes of Nepalese Currency. During the trek, you won’t need it for the main meals. But for the side meals and drinks(soft/hard) , you will need the Nepalese Currency.
- Altitude sickness a significant consideration if you’re climbing or trekking in Nepal and it’s essential that you simply investigate the causes, symptoms, and treatment of hypoxia before you visit Nepal. There are approximately three deaths per annum in Nepal from hypoxia , but with the proper precautions, there’s no reason why you ought to become one among these statistics.
- Booking Condition: Himalayan Yoga Academy ( Tour Organizer ) has a payment option to book your program in advanceand as our office rule, 20% of the total amount should be in advance without your sending services charge.
- Cancellation: Once you book High Altitude Yoga Camp, your trip deposit or full amount won’t be refunded. if the trip is canceled by the Himalayan Yoga Academy, then 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is an important part of trekking and any other adventure activities. If you are going higher than 2700 meters, high altitude symptoms start to be seen. In the remote countryside, there are no facilitated hospitals that can care the emergency situations. Having travel insurance helps you to trek confidently and if there is required of an emergency evacuation, Heli rescue is necessary. You should do insurance regarding the high altitude of your trekking destination from your country.
- Dress Code: Yoga – Please bring leggings or very loose trousers with stretch. For trekking, you may choose your easy trekking clothing. Please bring a scarf as it will help a lot in protecting your neck from cold.

Day 1 Arrival Day - Kathmandu - 1400 m
Lunch & Dinner Himalayan Yoga Academy
You will be welcomed and received on your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu. You will then be transferred and checked into Yoga Center ( Himalayan Yoga Academy ) . The trip briefing will take place at some time in the evening. You will be informed about the briefing time on your arrival by our representative.

Day 2 Exploration Day : Sightseeing & Music Healing Day

In the Morning after the Yoga Session, followed by breakfast, we will organize a half day sighseeing tour in popular tourist centres of Kathmandu. After you get back from Sightseeing, we will have lunch, then you will have sauna or steam. After sauna and steam and some free time, we will have a group sound healing session from Professional Sound Healer. Then It will be Dinner, Final Discussion, Concentration Gazing (Trataka) and O/N at the Himalayan Yoga Academy.Shopping & Trek Preparation can be done during this day.
Morning Yoga Session. This is your first day in the mountain, After the 30 minute scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu, you will start walking. You will arrive to your destination after 3-4 hours of easy hiking from Lukla to Phakding. The We will have Evening Meditaion & Discussion Session.Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.
Day 4 Phakding - Namche Bazar (3440m.) 5-6 hours walk

Waking up in the mountains, to go to an exciting day starts with your delicious and hot mountain breakfast after your Morning Yoga Class in Phakding. We will then begin our hike up to Namche where you will traverse several scenic points such as: Splended Rhododendron forests, thrilling suspension bridge, Dudh Koshi, Bhote Koshi and many more. During this hike, just before the lunch we will pass through Manjo ( Entrance of Everest National Park ). After Lunch we will pass through the popular Hillary Suspensory Bridge. After 1 hr hike from the bridge, from top danda , you will see the first glimpse of Mt. Everest. Upon arrival to your destination, you will be warmly welcomed by the beautiful settlement in the lap of the Himalayas. Namche Bazar is literally known as the Gateway of Everest and the administrative hub of the Khumbu region. Evening Meditaion & Discussion Session & Dinner Then We shall overnight at Guest House.
Day 5 ` Acclimatization Day. 4-5 hours walk

As an acclimatization day, In Morning we will do Morning Yoga Class Then breakfast .we will stroll around the Namche Bazar. Also, will have an easy day hike to Everest View hotel to see the Mt. Everest for the first time and discover other eye-catching mountain views. Another purpose of this hike is to adjust your body in high elevation as a preventive measure to stay away from the altitude sickness. Today’s other highlights are to explore Sherpa culture . We will return back to Namche Bazar in the afternoon.Then we will have Evening Meditation & Philosophical Session in front of Mountains. Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.
Day 6 Namche - Tengboche (3860m.) 4-5 hours walk

After Morning Yoga Class in Morning followed by Breakfast, your day starts with ascending to your next destination. You will walk along the Dudh Koshi River and fascinating forest of Rhododendron, our national flower. We may even encounter multi color pheasnats, musk deer, Himalayan Thar and more. Upon arrival for the day, you will have an opportunity to see one of the largest monasteries in the Khumbu Region, Tengboche Monastery. If you are lucky, you can experience a ceremony. We must also mention this day offers the legendary peak views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Ama Dablam and Thamserku.Everyday the monastery holds a ritual on 3 P.M , we can join in the ritual to do some meditation practices. Day 7 Tengboche - Dingboche (4410m.) 5-6 hours

Another adventurous day starts after your Morning Yoga Session followed by mountain breakfast at the hotel. You need to walk around 5-6 hours for our next destination. This day also offers a variety of sceneries enroute to Dingboche.During this walk, we will be closest to the most photogenic or prettiest mountain, Ama Dablam ( Mothers Necklace ) Mountain . On the way we will walk through the Pangbouche village, the biggest Sherpa settlement in the Khumbu region. It is here that we can even we can visit ancient monastery here. Then continue walking up to Dingboche.After we reach then take break and enjoy Evening Meditation & Lifestyle Session. Overnight at Tea House. Full Board Plan.
Day 8 Hike to Nangkartshang hill (5550m.) for panoramic view and return back to Dingboche. 7-8 hours walk

Another acclimatization day. Morning Yoga Session followed by Breakfast. To utilize the day, we will have a day hiketop Nangkartshang hill to have a beautiful mountains view of Mt. Tawache, Ama Dablam, Island Peak, Lhotse, Everest, and Pumari.. A fun and enjoyable day where you will have time for relaxation, exploration, and making new friends.Then we get back to Hotel and enjoy a Evening Meditation & Discussion Session. Followed by dinner. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 9 Dingboche - Labuche (4910m.) 5-6 hours walk

After Morning Yoga Session followed by amazing mountain breakfast, we start to hike for Labuche.On the way we will stay in Thukla Pass for yoga session.Thukla pass is a memorial point where more than 100 big and small memorials built on different time on different mountain climbers such as Scott Fischer. As an adventurous day, will steep climb up passing by chorten and many more beautiful sceneries. Stupendous mountain views can’t be ignored as we finally reach Lobuche. Day 10 Labuche - Gorakshep (5140m.) with visit to Everest Base Camp (EBC 5364m.) 7-8 hours walk

This is a very important day for trekkers as we are going to see Everest Base Camp.In early morning,We will be walking towards Gorakashep from Labuche. we need around 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach Gorekshap. Onwhere we will have quick & light lunch.We will take room and drop our luggage there. From here, we will continue on towards Everest Base Camp making it a really adventurous and exciting day. You will walk in view of Everest and alongside khumbu glaciers( world largest glacier ). Your highlights of today are magnificent views of Everest including other grandiose mountains vistas, delightful glaciers and plenty more.But once we reach Everest Base Camp, we wont be seeing Everest. After having a wonderful day with yoga, trek celebration, sound healing, and meditation with beautiful pictures, then We will head back to Gorakeshep for dinner and rest with Evening Meditation & Life Management Tips Overnight at Guest House. Day 11 Early Morning hike to Kalapathar (5545m.) , Then Yoga Session & Music Meditation then trek down to Gorakshep (4240m.) 7-8 hours walk

Another important and awaited day for trekkers. Early morning after breakfast, we will set out to Kalapathar-Black Rock, one of the most amazing view points of the Himalayan region. We will witness a stunning sunrise over Mt. Everest and spectacular views of other great mountains. After spending some quality and unforgettable time at Kalapathar,We are doing Yoga Camp on the place height of 5550m .In Yoga Camp, we will be doing different types of Yoga and Healing Practices. Dont Worry you will have personal free time as well for photos and stuffs.After Lunch, then we will hike down to Gorakshep. Day 12 Gorakshep to Tengboche (3440m.) 6-7 hours walk

We will wake up and see the puja ceremony in the monastery. After that we will have yoga session and then breakfast .After finishing all morning activities its time to start the journey to monjo, we will walk the down hill for 1 hours and then climb 2 hours to Kanzuma village where the walk is easy and flat untile reaching the Namche. We will have a lunch is namche village before climbing down towards Monjo village. We will do evening meditation.
Day 14 Monju to Lukla (2840 m ) , 6 hours walk

It’s time to say farewell to monju , the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park.
Morning Yoga Session and Breakfast then We will leave the villages and cross many suspension bridges. We will be walking through forests with ups and down trekking trail and pass along significant monuments and impressive Sherpa villages. We arrive back to Lukla today.Then we will have Evening Meditaion & Discussion Session,Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.
Day 15 Fly Back to Kathmandu

We Can Say Bye To The Mountain For The Time Being. We Wake Up With Breakfast And Head To The Airport In Lukla Where We Will Board Our Flight. After 30 Minutes Of Flying Through The Mountains, We Will Land Back In Kathmandu. You Will Drive To Our Himalayan Yoga Academy.
Day 16 Leisure & Therapy Day

This is a leisure day. In case of flight cancellation from Lukla to Kathmandu due to weather, we encourage an additional day to plan into your itinerary. Itineraries can shift and weather delays can affect schedules. If not used, you will be able to take this day for any purpose or request. We do Morning Yoga Session as our regular schedules Morning Yoga Session Want to explore the many beautiful sites within Kathmandu? Ask us about our day tour offerings Or as per our schedule we will provide with a therapy i.e Sauna or Steam that we can easily add into your package! Kathmandu is a beautiful and chaotic city that has plenty of places to visit if you wish. we do Evening Meditation & Discussion Session and will have Dinner.
