I spent 8 nights, 7 days in Katmandu in HYA & Neydo Monastery retrat to learn how to implement yoga practices and meditation in my life. People working there, yogis and all stuff were really friendly, nice caring, this is the best place in Katmendú to learn yoga and also meet people from other countries since so many people attend to the school.
