I was looking for an authentic school that teaches sound healing and meditation, as I am already a Yoga teacher and sound healer in practice. After my stay at the Himalayan Yoga Academy, I have to say it was one of the best schools I have ever attended. The teachers have excellent knowledge, and the program exceeded my expectations.
The school amenities (rooms, food, and bathroom) are excellent and expensive. I enjoyed every single day of my 10-day program. I highly recommend the academy if you are looking for authentic and yet professional teachings.
