I had an amazing experience at HYA. The instruction of 200 Hour yoga teacher training was given with love and kindness. My mind, body, and spirit have never been more aligned. All the teachers are very experienced and friendly The country of Nepal is breathtaking and the people of Nepal are so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend HYA to everyone!
