I came alone with no prior yoga experience for an introductory 7 day retreat, and had an amazing time! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they are understanding and happy to guide you throughout the journey. The place is also nicely located, food was great for everyone, bedrooms clean and comfortable, and I couldn’t imagine the overall experience to be more seamless that this!
