Learning, loving, and growing at the Himalayan Yoga Academy

It’s hard to put into words how special and unique the Himalayan yoga academy is. I knew from the moment I first contacted them that I was going somewhere perfect to begin my journey to becoming a Reiki practitioner.
However, nothing can quite prepare you for the immense amount of love, knowledge, and warmth you receive from the moment you enter the Himalayan Yoga Academy.
The Academy and all the people who passed through are taken care of by a wonderful family. From transportation being organized, to the delicious, nourishing food that was given every day, to the cozy accommodation.
While at the yoga academy, I had the opportunity to study Usui Reiki and healing with Singing Bowls. The classes were filled with energy, knowledge, and true-authentic practices and delivered by wonderful, patient, and experienced teachers.
I feel privileged to have been able to study at the Himalayan yoga Academy, and I’m already planning my next trip back to study more courses.
