Amazing yoga school in Nepal š¤
I joined 200hrs Yoga teacher training in February 2026 and had a truly beautiful and deep experience. The course was very well structured and covered not only asana, but also pranayama, philosophy, and meditation.
The teachers were very supportive and knowledgeable, creating a safe and comfortable space to learn and grow. Everything felt natural, without pressure.
The atmosphere was calm and simple, which helped me really slow down and reconnect with myself.
Iām very grateful for this experience and would definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice.
