Don’t know where to start, from the moment we walked into the retreat we were welcomed by Suyog and we felt at home instantly! The retreat was amazing in every way, and everyone went out their way for us to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Suyog for the kind hospitality and arranging a cake for my brothers birthday during the hiking trip, its one he will never forget! Suyogs mum made all the yummy meals and shes lovely lady. Prapti our yoga teacher helped us alot and worked with us and understood your needs if you are a beginner at yoga. Atma swami meditation classes were very relaxing 😌. The full body massages and shirodhara was just what we need to relax our mind and body even more, it was incredible!
If you are looking for a yoga retreat in Kathmandu, highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed! Thank you all again. And hope to see you again sometime 😊
