Yogashala :

We have a shala built along the fringe of a conservation forest and a stream, framed with views of trees and snowcapped peaks. We hold space here for practitioners and non-practitioners; to inspire, support, and find meaning in your growth whatever form or disposition it may be.

Rooms :

The residential building is situated on the highest point of Swara Retreat in alignment with the Annapurna range, hence every room is gifted with spectacular views of the towering snowcapped mountains. We house 4 en-suite double bedrooms, 4 en-suite twin bedrooms, and 2 quadruplet/family-sized bedrooms. Rooms are furnished comfortably with modern equipped bathrooms, hot showers, and lounge areas with wifi.

Food / Nourishment :

During retreats, all meals are provided and eaten communally in the dining room to support your practice and well-being. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will try our best to cater for it.
Our kitchen offers 3 nourishing and nutritious plant-based meals a day, generally inspired by Asian cuisine. We try to cater as much as possible using local and seasonal ingredients, and fresh produce from our garden and village. We get daily fresh milk and ghee from the village’s grass-fed cows and buffaloes. We serve homemade freshly milled millet rotis (kodo ko), wholewheat flatbreads and steam stuffed fluffy paos. Mountain short-grain rice, millet, and corn are grown in abundance around the village.
