DAY 1 Arrival in Pokhara
Welcome Dinners ( Nepali Food) Himalayan Yoga Academy
Welcome to the serene lakeside city of Pokhara. After hotel / ashram transfer, enjoy a gentle stretching and meditation session to relax after travel. Evening briefing with your guide.

DAY 2 Drive to Kande → Trek to Deurali (2,540m)
Full Board Tea House
After breakfast, we drive to Kande and begin trekking through oak and rhododendron forests. The first mountain views appear along the trail.

Trek Duration: 4–5 hours
Overnight: Teahouse in Deurali
DAY 3 Trek to Forest Camp (2,550m)
Full Board Tea House
A peaceful day of trekking through dense forest filled with birdsong and fresh mountain air.

DAY 4 Trek to High Camp (3,590m)

Overnight: High Camp
Day 5 Sunrise Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m) → Return to Low Camp
Full Board Tea House
The most awaited day! We start early for a magical sunrise trek. Golden light touches the Himalayan peaks — a deeply spiritual experience.
Return to Low Camp for lunch and evening guided healing meditation.

Day 6 Trek to Siding Village → Drive to Pokhara
Full Board Hotel / Ashram in Pokhara
A beautiful descent through terraced fields and traditional Gurung settlements. Drive back to Pokhara and enjoy a celebration dinner.

Overnight: Pokhara
