100 Hour Meditation Teacher Training in Nepal: A Complete Awakening

The 100-Hour Meditation Teacher Training is an immersive, 12-day journey designed for those seeking to profoundly deepen their personal practice and gain the confidence to teach meditation globally. Rooted in the systematic discipline of Yoga, this course moves beyond basic relaxation, exploring the intricate patterning of consciousness

Bridging Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science

Rooted in the birthplace of the Himalayas, this training bridges the gap between traditional Vedic disciplines and the contemporary understanding of the human mind. We explore the systematic teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, specifically focusing on Yogas-Chitta-vrittis-nirodhah—the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. You will learn to identify the patterns of consciousness that lead to stress and replace them with techniques that foster Tathata (right acceptance) and Sakshi (witnessing awareness).

The Science of Sound and Stillness

A unique pillar of this program is the integration of Nada Yoga (The Yoga of Sound) and Himalayan Singing Bowl therapy. You will discover how sacred frequencies can bypass the analytical mind to trigger deep cellular healing. From the mastery of the Brahmanada A-U-M meditation to the precision of Tratak (Gazing) meditation, you will gain a toolkit of eleven core practices that balance the astral body and neutralize the “brain heat” caused by modern anxiety.

Cultivating the Teacher Within

To teach meditation is to share your own silence. This course focuses heavily on Teaching Methodology, ensuring you leave with the “human touch” and “heart-centered” communication skills needed to lead others. You will learn the art of guiding Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), helping students plant seeds of positive resolve (Sankalpa) in their subconscious minds. Through daily practicums, you will refine your voice, presence, and ability to hold space for emotional transformation.
